Area Coaching at King's Acre

.A coaching weekend was held at King's Acre Golf Club on the 27th/28th February . Under the tutelage of professional's Alan Murdoch and Ian Butcher squad members were given intense instruction on all aspects of their game. Follow up sessions will hopefully be held during the season. Those who attended the weekend were

The first County event of the season will be the matchplay championship to be held at Machrihanish on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th April. A revised draw will be made in 2 weeks time and published forthwith

Area coaching sessions took place at Drumoig on the Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th March.The six senior & junior team members were put through their paces by National Golf Academy Senior Coach David Kenny & Coaching Convener David Howie with all participants given particular aspects of their game to work on.
